Join Our Team as an IT Systems Support Specialist!
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure optimal functioning of IT systems and proactive maintenance of hardware.
- Provide timely support to employees addressing their IT issues or concerns.
- Maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure to minimize downtime and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Generate and submit weekly task reports to the Board.
- Support the Administration team in recording employee and patient information/documents accurately in relevant systems.
- Oversee the smooth operations of Network, Internet, Phone, Microsoft Environment, Printers, and Wi-Fi.
- Conduct research and procure computers, printers, and other IT resources for business use.
- Perform PC assembly and troubleshooting as needed.
- Execute daily IT checks and ensure timely backups.
- Collaborate with external companies for IT projects.
- Safeguard SCDC IT network against external attacks, hacks, or unauthorized use.
- Install/rebuild workstations as required.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Calendars, etc.) for employees.
- Create the IT User Manual and keep it up-to-date.
- Promptly report any IT issues to the Board for swift resolution.
- Manage and deliver projects related to IT or organizational infrastructure.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as requested by the Board.
Essential and Preferred Skills / Knowledge:
- Proficiency in hardware and software.
- Competence in VOIP Phone/Wifi management.
- Expertise in backup and storage management.
- Familiarity with user management using Active Directory.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Familiarity with Miradore, Webroot and Splashtop.
