What will your new day look like?
This role will be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of a broad range of ICT applications with a primary focus on supporting and maintaining Technology One. Your primary duties will include:
- Provide support and maintenance of TechnologyOne ERP, provide analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement and effectiveness of TechnologyOne
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse business information needs and deliver solutions based on business requirements
- Work closely with project teams to deliver enhanced functional capability into new and upgraded applications
- Maintain and update user guides and procedure documents
- Resolve technical issues within TechnologyOne
- Deliver regular and customised training to teams within the business
- Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the organisation’s systems
- Configure and customise TechnologyOne workflows, forms & reporting

Some important things you will need to begin this journey!
- Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications in Application development and Support
- Demonstrated experience in an ITIL environment, and experience with service management software such as Zendesk and ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, PowerBI and SharePoint
- Experience in CRM or business process automation software including Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge in programming using Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge and application of XML, JSON data formats
- Proven understanding of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, webservices and APIs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a thoughtful and practical approach to problem solving
- Commitment and passion to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy, combined with strong analytical skills
- Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Check and NDIS check
