One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Change Manager to manage different aspects of business changes. The role is vital to supporting the successful coordination and delivery of IT Change across the business. The roles can be based from either Canberra or Melbourne with the successful Change Manager to be offered a 12-month contract + 2 X 12-month extensions.
The successful Change Manager will be responsible for the below:
Effectively managing the change aspects of large complex programs
Formulating and developing program and business change artifacts
Coordinating forward schedule of Change and Release Calendar
Participating in business and technical change management forums and workshops
The successful Change Manager will have experience in the following:
Ability to take ownership and deliver continuous improvement in regard to Change, Configuration and Release Management
Experience identifying priorities and communicating effectively with business resources
Ability to proactively assess any risks and issues that impact program teams
Experience working with and maintaining a productive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
