Job description
Our Private client is seeking Operational Change Manager (OCM) who will play a key role in the success their organisational change, supporting changes to business processes, technologies, and systems. This role will support a new project that is currently being stood up, and as such you will be instrumental in ensuring that the change being undertaken is successful.
Main Skills:
Demonstrated ability to consistently produce excellent results in a complex environment;
Ability to lead, monitor and supervise;
Creation/Execution of Change Management and Communications plans;
Conduct Business Impact Assessments and undertake stakeholder analysis;
Location and Contract Term Canberra ACT. 6-12 months Contract with possible extensions
Security Requirements
All Candidates must have a TSPV security clearance.
