A Bit About the Role
The IT Desktop Support Analyst will play a vital role in providing first and second-level support to staff across all hardware, software, and INX products. This full-time, Perth based position involves managing support tickets, maintaining servers, ensuring system security, and collaborating with vendors to support regional infrastructure changes. Specifically, the IT Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for:
- Successfully logging, managing, and resolving support tickets with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and communication.
- Onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring a smooth transition regarding IT systems.
- Maintaining servers, including patching, security, system backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Managing all hardware and software, including maintenance, and purchasing of printers, laptops, desktops, etc.
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security, and data integrity for the server and desktop environment.
- Perform proactive and reactive networking tasks with firewall, router, and switch hardware.
- Ensure IT procedures are kept up to date.
- Support changes to regional infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain vendor relations.

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 1-year experience in service desk or application support.
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, adept at swiftly identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS and general networking
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
- Exhibited strong communication skills in liaising with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
