We are looking for an experienced IT Field Technician to join our on-site team. The IT Field Technician will be required to respond to customer’s request for assistance on a daily basis whilst also looking into fixes for more complex AV issues around the client’s sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring continued satisfactory operations of IT and AV facilities through support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide support to Windows and Mac OS based devices.
- Provide the support functions and resolution for end users, managing complex service incidents and requests for desktop computing and audio-visual equipment issues.
- Utilize SCCM, Active Directory, M365 administrative functions to provide timely support to users.
- Provide professional support and proactive communication to clients.
- Conduct audits as required.
- Provide remote assistance to customers.
- Troubleshoot basic AV problems and basic network issues.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in an IT incident response role
- Networking experience/certifications highly desirable.
- Customer service experience
- Problem solver, will own issues until full resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time management & prioritization skills.
- Exceed customer expectations - ability to create wow and delight moments with customers
