Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and maintaining Microsoft Authenticator multi-factor authentication (MFA) for franchisees
- Configuring and managing Outlook accounts for seamless communication across franchise locations
- Utilising your expertise in Microsoft cloud point of sale and Dynamics 365 to troubleshoot issues and provide process guidance for our franchise network
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring franchisee satisfaction
- Embracing a “we’re in this together” mentality, collaborating with franchise partners and their staff to achieve common goals
- Tackling basic IT troubleshooting tasks efficiently
- Leveraging your familiarity with tools like TeamViewer and Cisco for remote support.
- Navigating Microsoft products with ease
QUALIFICATIONS..
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an IT-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Authenticator MFA setup and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Outlook setup and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud point of sale and Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues effectively
- Familiarity with TeamViewer and Cisco tools
- Comfortable working with various Microsoft applications
