The Role

Helpdesk Support Technician you will support customers with technical issues and facilitates communication with clients throughout our support lifecycle.

Expectations

  • You will be able to confidently and consistently provide first rate customer service.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written "no geek speak" communication skills.
  • A solid work ethic and drive to get the job done thoroughly and correctly.
  • Well-developed troubleshooting skills.
  • Problem solving skills
  • You may be required to attend to client's site in urgent situations.

Experience in the following technologies ( not essential ) 

  • Server roles and services (DHCP, DNS, DFSR, AD, etc)
  • MS Windows based workstations
  • Cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud and Office365/Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Network Devices (Routers, Switches, WAPs etc)
  • Network Services
  • Backup Technologies (ShadowProtect and Veeam)
  • Connectwise and Labtech
  • MSP tools
  • Telephony - 3CX PBX

Any other specialist skills you may possess are also of interest to us. If you have solid technical skills and are interested in working for an MSP that will allow you to provide next level of service to your clients, we're keen to hear from you.
