Role:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them promptly and effectively
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions
- Document support tickets accurately and thoroughly in our tracking system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or appropriate teams as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- This role is based in Perth, with a reporting line to Peru, and supports our Global IT Team.
Qualifications:
- University computer science degree or similar preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or technical support role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Certifications in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Sound knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
