It Infrastructure Manager

Location: Brisbane, Queensland Organisation: Our client, a dynamic Non-for-Profit organisation based in Brisbane, is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as an IT Infrastructure Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of the organisation's IT infrastructure.

Your Role: As the Manager of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of our client's cloud, server, desktop, communications, and security infrastructure. This includes managing incident and problem management processes, ensuring the lifecycle plan of IT assets, and driving business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of IT security strategy, manage relationships with third-party vendors, and actively participate in policy formation and knowledge database enhancement.

This role will be 50% managerial as well as 50% hands-on, resolving escalated level 3 tickets. Your Contribution: Manage and oversee all aspects of the organisation's IT infrastructure, including cloud, server, desktop, communications, and security systems.
