About the role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our highly driven team. This role has been created to introduce an attractive solution to our current loyal clients Nationally. You will be supported by a specialist recruitment team along with mentoring from the General Manager Sales every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client and stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Fostering new and existing client base
- Grow client base - healthcare/aged care industries
- Maintenance of database, admin, and reporting
- Research and reviewing market changes
You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to achieve, and in return we will offer you a great work environment and career growth.
You will also possess the following:
- Experience in a Business Development role or sales role is ESSENTIAL
- Proven results in a Business Development environment
- Ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
- A friendly, professional manner
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
