Weare on the hunt for a seasoned IT Manager with a proven management track recordand a Level 8 university degree in Systems and Networking or a related field.The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex IT environments andleading technology teams towards achieving operational excellence.
Duties of Position:
NetworkManagement: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complexnetwork infrastructures, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
CloudServices Management: Implement and manage Azure cloud services, ensuringoptimal performance and security of Azure AD, MS Intune, SharePoint, HRM, ERP,SQL Servers, and databases.
ITSecurity Leadership: Develop and enforce stringent IT security policies,including the deployment of MFA, Intune Autopilot, and adherence to complianceand configuration standards.
Hardwareand Software Oversight: Manage a diverse array of IT equipment across multiplebrands like Ubiquiti, Hikvision, and Cisco, and ensure the smooth operation ofvarious operating systems.
TeamLeadership: Steer a talented team of IT professionals, cultivating a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Scriptingand Automation: Employ PowerShell and Bash scripting to automate IT operations,enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
ProjectManagement: Lead critical IT projects, aligning them with the strategicobjectives of the organization.
InterdepartmentalCollaboration: Liaise with different departments to ensure that IT strategiesare seamlessly integrated with broader business goals.
ITPolicy and Compliance: Regularly update IT policies, ensuring they reflect thelatest technological advancements and industry best practices.
Vendorand Budget Management: Efficiently manage vendor relationships and IT budgetsto deliver cost-effective technological solutions.
Trainingand Development: Foster an environment of growth by mentoring team members and encouragingknowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
ALevel 8 degree in Systems and Networking or a closely related field.
Extensiveexperience in an IT management role, preferably in dynamic and complexenvironments.
Essential Skills Required:
Expertisein network management, cloud services, and IT security.
Proficiencyin PowerShell, Bash scripting, and automating IT processes.
Strongleadership skills with a knack for fostering teamwork and innovation.
Experience Required:
Asolid track record of managing IT teams and leading complex IT projects.
Demonstratedability in managing hardware, software, and cloud services.
Experiencein policy development, compliance management, and budget oversight.
