Job tasks and responsibilities
- Cooperate with HQ on the project of IT construction in Australia.
- Cooperate with HQ and local vendors to develop, implement, and maintain the local IT systems such as ERP, DMS, APP, and CRM.
- Handle budgets and timelines when coordinating with multiple groups of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Provide training and technical support to suppliers and dealers and report the technical issues to HQ.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
- Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- Identify the local IT requirements and report them to HQ.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, information management, or other relevant majors.
- 5+ years of IT experience in the manufacturing or sales industry is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the application systems such as ERP, DMS, and CRM.
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- An analytical approach and result-oriented with a desire for career growth.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin is Preferred
