Are you an experienced Manager who is seeking an exciting opportunity to lead a team of IT professionals in managing a diverse technology platform for a company supporting 600 employees in 10 locations across Tasmania and Victoria?
As well as being responsible for managing current systems, you will lead and coordinate a major infrastructure build with a new head office in Devonport, deliver projects to enhance our disaster recovery capabilities and IT security posture, and many minor projects to improve end-user engagement with existing software systems.

Based in our Devonport office, we are looking for an energetic, highly skilled, people-focused and solution driven person with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage a high performing team. You will thrive in and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced and multi-project environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in information technology with experience in a team management role.
- Proven track record in successfully managing large IT projects.
- Ability to analyse information and options, find solutions and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of short to long term strategies for the management of changing technologies and equipment.
- Diploma of Information Technology as a minimum.
- Ability to lead and influence, with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills to plan in advance and meet competing fixed deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
