The IT PMO and Governance Analyst will work closely with MTIA leadership and the Enterprise Delivery Team to provide governance and program-specific administrative services to support the office of the CIO and PMO's governance and advisory capability including the secretariat functions, its artefacts and actions including the ongoing management of a yearly adaptive I&T Strategy.
The role works within a dynamic PMO environment which deals with a wide-ranging portfolio of enterprise projects delivering against the IT strategy. The Enterprise PMO is focused on enabling efficiencies in project and service delivery, process harmonisation, data consistency and quality amongst the four core functions of MTIA: people, projects, finance & procurement.
A strong attention to detail and drive to provide high quality support services are essential to success in this role. The right candidate will have experience and, desirably, qualifications in business, management or project management, as well as high confidence across the Microsoft Office suite and be able to pick up new systems and software with relative ease. The role is accountable for ensuring sound I&T corporate and program governance, supporting consolidation of program reports and documentation; maintenance of key program registers such as Risks, Issues, Actions and Dependencies using a digital platform; and supporting the IT PMO Administrator in the day-to-day running of the PMO.
