Hays is currently working with an established organisation in Newcastle, NSW looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team.
Your new role
Are you a Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation and experience leading discovery projects that identify opportunities to deliver innovative solutions? If so, we want to hear from you!
This role will see you collaborating closely with a variety of business units across the organisation to prototype solutions that will enhance the digital landscape, drive efficiencies, and, most importantly, are exciting for a large customer base. With a passion for higher education, you will assist in the realisation of a digital strategy and position the organisation to be an industry leader in technology.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in IT project management and a passion for the higher education industry
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for innovation in a complex environment
- Proven communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage a variety of stakeholders
- Prior experience in discovery and innovation projects, preferably working to address a digital transformation strategy
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of dedicated project professionals on an initial 12-month contract. The working arrangements for this role are hybrid with 2–3 days on site in Newcastle.
