About the role
Enabling Franchise Partners and those who support them through technology is what it’s all about for our IT Project Manager. Working within the Project Management Office and our restaurant brands you’ll manage multiple projects incorporating substantial IT components.
Key Activities Include:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Implementing agreed project scope and objectives, reviewing and redefining as necessary across the project lifecycle.
- Developing project plans, including timelines and milestones, and managing resource allocation.
- Overseeing the implementation of projects through utilising best practice methodologies.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Coordinating and leading project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive teams.
- Keeping the project on track and holding stakeholders accountable.
- Managing vendor and contractor relationships.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, etc.
- Managing project budget and associated financials.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance with project management standards and guidelines.
Essential
- Project management experience, specifically in IT infrastructure projects and strong knowledge of industry best practices, techniques, and standards (including agile and waterfall methodologies).
- Strong and effective relationship-building and negotiation skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and comfortably work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or hospitality industries highly regarded but not required.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence systems and software is highly desirable.
