It Project Manager

This role requires strong organisational and excellent communication abilities to engage with end-users, port stakeholders and external contractors across the organisation. The IT Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery by managing budgets, scope and schedule whilst maintaining a high level of key stakeholder engagement and guide relevant projects through project delivery.

About The Role

• Plan and lead concurrent IT projects.

• Preparation of project documentation.

• Liaise with key stakeholders to define business requirements, performance expectations and service levels

• Maintain project schedule and communicate out milestones on a regular basis

• Track decisions and blueprint changes in a dedicated decisions register.

• Raise project risks and issues.

• Track and coordinate mitigation plans

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarise communications for executive consumption.

• Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record.

• Ability to analyse, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.

• Working knowledge of applications being implemented.

• Problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management as well as internal and external partners.

• Works well with others in an integrated team environment.

• Self-motivated and a problem solver.

• Ability to travel air and road

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted C Class driver's license
