Position Overview:
As an ICT Project Manager at Marketing Vision and Action Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our diverse range of ICT projects from conception to completion. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. From overseeing project planning and execution to managing stakeholder communications and resource allocation, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established metrics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to ensure project success.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project requirements.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain regular communication to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ICT project management to enhance project delivery capabilities.
• Utilize project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana, to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, resolving conflicts and driving consensus to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2 years in ICT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ICT systems, infrastructure, and technologies, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
Job Type & Salary:
• This will be permanent full-time job.
• The base salary will be AUD 75,000 - AUD 85,000.
Working Hours:
• You are expected to work 40 hours per week.
