- Support the IT Program Portfolio by professionally delivering learning and development functions, including business process change management, communications, reporting, scheduling, risk governance, and commercial relationships.
- Manage external vendors to ensure the quality of training strategies and plans, and fulfillment of commercial obligations.
- Deliver a range of learning management and operational documents, such as strategies, plans, schedules, and briefing packs
- Ensure training requirements for IT Programs and Projects are prepared for and actioned in alignment with BITDD Learning Strategy and transition plans.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Portfolio Change, Learning and Testing resources to ensure smooth business readiness and service transition, integrating your respective expertise to facilitate a seamless adoption of new technologies across the organisation
- Accountable for managing learning related risks and issues within formal program and project control documents.
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field, such as education, human resources or information technology or significant relevant experience.
