Lead and manage Wilson's IT Governance, Audit, and Compliance activities. Develop and maintain a centralized repository for the Group's Tender Responses. Support IT Risk Management through assessments and reporting.

Description
Key Duties include:
- Support routine audits, compliance checks, and RFP responses.
- Facilitate IT audits, including evidence review and interaction with internal and external audit teams.
- Contribute to reports for regulators, senior management, and the Board, including periodic IT risk and control testing updates.
- Update and maintain internal policy documentation.
- Provide governance and compliance input for IT risk management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to enhance IT governance and cybersecurity capabilities.
- Assist in creating sales, training, and educational materials on IT governance and compliance, linking with the Cyber Education and Awareness program.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with IT and business resources to define security policies that align with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Assess and define operational requirements, including necessary evidence.
- Participate in regulatory compliance activities, including training and meetings.
- Track and manage risks, ensuring timely remediation.
- Identify, assess, and manage issues and risks related to onboarding new services.
Profile
Skillsand requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in information security, setting up and maintaining security policy frameworks.
- Practical experience in risk and compliance activities in IT.
- Familiarity with risk management principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience conducting third-party vendor security or other controls-based assessments.
- Proven track record in trusted positions.
- Strong passion for information security.
- Ability to prioritize work and understand business urgency.
- Effective team player in a globally distributed team, using multiple communication methods for collaboration.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for own actions.
- Adaptability to change and ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in generating reports.
