The Opportunity
We're seeking multiple experienced ITSM and ServiceNow experts to join our team on a contract basis to assist with client projects.
Responsibilities:
The successful Services Management and/or ServiceNow specialists will be responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer and handover processes for the ongoing management and governance of Service Management procedures, as well as assisting in the implementation of operational changes necessary for ServiceNow integration
They will be responsible for efficiently managing project documentation, engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders to seamlessly integrate with SIAM services, and coordinating the transition and cessation of current arrangements in alignment with project objectives.
Additionally, they will identify and address inter-dependencies with other ICT Sourcing Program activities and initiatives, while facilitating and coordinating division activities to ensure timely achievement of project deliverables.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience with ITSM and/or ServiceNow platforms
- Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- An understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
- Experience in delivering successful IT projects
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SIAM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator), etc.
Other Requirements
- The successful candidates will be required to work at client sites based in Canberra 2-3 days per week, with flexible work arrangements for the remaining days.
- All personnel will be required to currently hold, or be eligible to undergo a Baseline security clearance. Due to this requirement, only Australian Citizens should apply.
