- Governance and oversight of the departments outsourced ITSM service delivery
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and assisting the team through periods of change and
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years IT Service Management experience, with strong understanding of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, practices, and procedures
- Strong relationship management skills which can be applied to multiple stakeholder groups across various levels
- Experience in supporting ITSM toolset rollouts, with a focus on requirements gathering, process optimisation, alignment between business and technical objectives
