The Agency

Our Federal Government Agency is responsible for foreign policy and relations, international aid, consular services and trade and investment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and transforming services to improve the end user experience
  • Governance and oversight of the departments outsourced ITSM service delivery
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and assisting the team through periods of change and
Transformation
 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years IT Service Management experience, with strong understanding of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, practices, and procedures
  • Strong relationship management skills which can be applied to multiple stakeholder groups across various levels
  • Experience in supporting ITSM toolset rollouts, with a focus on requirements gathering, process optimisation, alignment between business and technical objectives
