As IT Services Developer you will be in a varied role where you will be a key player in execution of numerous projects to evolve the company’s IT services and infrastructure for the future.  The role will allow you to apply your varied skillset and knowledge to a wide range of IT disciplines where your voice, recommendations and hard work will be valued and inevitably shape ERGT’s technology future.

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT Services Advisor in the design, development, testing and implementation of technology projects.
• Assist the IT Services Advisor in project management and contractor liaison activities where required.
• Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks and technology infrastructure when needed whilst minimising business disruption.
• Perform administration of Azure/AD, Group Policy and InTune in continually leveraging capabilities to increase reliability and reduce unnecessary technical support and administrative burden.
• Administer core IT infrastructure, systems, computers and devices.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, maintain and upgrade backup systems and documentation.
• Create and update technical documentation as required.
• Provide resolution to technical issues with systems and technology infrastructure.
• Perform helpdesk administration and ticket management.
• Create and maintain technical & design documentation.
• Maintain accurate equipment, software and license inventories. 
• Share knowledge with IT team members to increase capability and resilience.

 Technical skills

• Microsoft stack – O365 Hybrid, Group Policy, Intune, Exchange, AD, SharePoint
• Server administration – Windows & Hyper-V servers (2016 upwards), PowerShell
• Level 2+ desktop, server & network support experience
• Intermediate networking – firewalls, routing, DNS, SSL, Cisco, Meraki 
• Ubuntu / Linux (desirable)
• ConnectWise Manage/Automate (desirable) + ITIL
• SQL Server a bonus (desirable)
