Role Description

This Business Development Executive will be responsible for the identification and development of identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT Recruitment Services (Contract & Permanent). Develop and nurture projects/clients to a stage where they can be moved into an operational phase without disruption. To manage and assist Key Account Managers in the development of new Clients and projects.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Identify and proactively hunt for new business opportunities and evaluate their viability & potential for maximum GP revenue.
  • Partner with Strategic Delivery Center (Airswift recruitment delivery support center) to ensure the excellence services of job delivery for our clients.
  • Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue. 
  • Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of Recruitment Services both internally and in a client facing environment. 
  • Actively participate in business networking, conference, and cold calling.
  • Able to understand and projected client needs & manpower requirement.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. 
  • Tenacious and determined to succeed. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). 
  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required. 
  • A decision maker and solutions provider. 
  • Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suite of services.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on permanent/contract placements.
  • Experience in Information Technology Recruitment industry.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
