The role
Knight Frank Australia are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide various levels of support for KF IT & wider business.
You will be required to call upon your relationship management skills to proactively manage and respond to incidents and service requests from the end user.
We are looking for someone with great understanding of customer serviceability and technical understanding.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for IT related incidents, problems or issues
- Assist with root cause analysis following major service outages.
- Actively contribute to IT projects, owning tasks or work packages assigned.
- Identification and implementation of permanent solutions and processes to improve National Service Delivery
- Accurate recording of details for all incidents and service requests
- Deliver high levels of customer service within all interactions
- Provide central point of contact for all IT related issues, incidents or problems
- Minimum 2+ years' experience providing hands-on support in a Windows-centric environment
- Solid understanding of ITIL methodology and IT Ticketing Systems, i.e. Service Desk Plus
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft office apps - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive & Teams
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft 365 including managing users in Active Directory and Exchange Online
- Exceptional knowledge and experience with computer hardware, mobile devices (IOS & Android) videoconferencing, printers and peripherals.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Must be customer service focused
