AddressPathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a great opportunity for a Level 1-2 Engineer to join a Sydney based managed services provider (MSP). Working across a broad client base you will be servicing start-up through to large sized corporate businesses across Sydney. About you
Ideally you have 3+ years experience in technical support and at least 1 year as a Level 2 Engineer. You should have a good technical understanding of IT products and services, particularly the Microsoft stack including Office 365, Azure Active Directory and managing virtual environments. You should also have some networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls. In this role you will be working autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust with key stakeholders and managing client relationships will be an important part of your success.
Key skills
- 3+ years experience in technical support, 1 years as a Level 2 Engineer
- Previous experience working in an MSP environment
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services
- Systems support experience including Window OS, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure and managing virtual environments
- Networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and client relationships
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Requirements
- Current drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications
