We are an ISO9001 and ISO27001 approved company and we provide IT Managed Services to clients from 5-100 seats and telematics services for over 15000 assets Australia Wide.
We are 100% Australian owned and operated with our headquarters based in Rhodes in Sydney, NSW. Qualifications & Experience
- Must have good IT fundamentals in both Hardware and Software Support
- Must have at least 2 years experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365 / Windows Server / Active Directory / Microsoft Azure environments
- Must demonstrate a good understanding of Networking, Computer Hardware and General IT support requirements
- Must have full time working rights in Australia (40hrs/week)
- Must have a full current and valid Australian driver's license
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supporting internal staff and our clients with remote and on-site support
- Providing office based and on on-site assistance and support for customers and senior level engineers
- Documenting processes and procedures using our in house platforms
- Providing remote assistance for our IoT installers and Service Technicians
- Learning and assisting in the building, maintenance and monitoring of hosted environments (Azure / Internal)
What to Expect during your application
We hire directly and don't use employment agencies. This usually means we will normally notify you of a first round of interviews within a week of your application (if you are successful) and we look to place any suitable, successful applicant within 3-4 weeks of their initial application.
As we are an ISO certified company, a background check will be need to be conducted prior to any offer of employment to ensure we abide by our requirement to do so for any new employee.
