Qualifications & Experience
- Must have good IT fundamentals in both Hardware and Software Support
- Must have at least 2 years experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365 / Windows Server / Active Directory / Microsoft Azure environments
- Must demonstrate a good understanding of Networking, Computer Hardware and General IT support requirements
- Must have full time working rights in Australia (40hrs/week)
- Must have a full current and valid Australian driver's license
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supporting internal staff and our clients with remote and on-site support
- Providing office based and on on-site assistance and support for customers and senior level engineers
- Documenting processes and procedures using our in house platforms
- Providing remote assistance for our IoT installers and Service Technicians
- Learning and assisting in the building, maintenance and monitoring of hosted environments (Azure / Internal)
What to Expect during your application
