Desktop support engineerPermanent mid-level Desktop support engineer (minimum 4 years)

Once you grow and expand in this position you will start to grapple with a variety of tasks from server and storage management, cloud management, Desktop support, network deployments and troubleshooting and even some cybersecurity exposure.
Aligned to customers business requirements, providing tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.
Technical experience expectations:
Windows 10/11 SOE.
- Windows Server.
- Apple Mac and iOS would be good but not important.
- SCCM (MECM) / Intune device management.
- Basic packaging and deployment of applications.
- o You need to only know how to deploy an MSI silently
- Scripting capabilities – PowerShell.
- Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
- Focus more of Azure AD as it is cloud based.
- DNS, DHCP, AD GPOs.
- Networking skills.
