In your new role, you will be responsible for providing level 2 support to the end users within the business. You will need experience with troubleshooting, fixing technical issues and previous project exposure. What you'll need to succeed
- Experience providing Level 2/3 technical support for desktops, laptops, Printers and other end-user devices in a professional environment.
- Experience maintaining VMware servers, including configuring virtual machines, managing storage, and troubleshooting issues.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra, Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Windows server administration
