The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to play a key role in their Technical Support Team. This position offers the opportunity to work within collaborative team environment, delivering high-quality Level 3 remote support to our client's customers which includes top tier companies from telecommunication, mining, and healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced remote support for hardware diagnosis and replacement, networking/server/cloud systems management.
- Resolve complex technical faults and respond efficiently to service requests.
- Work closely with customers to ensure a clear understanding of issues and communicate solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve customer service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Level 3 technical support role, with strong capabilities in hardware, networking, and cloud systems management.
- A process-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team and independently.
