Job description
The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for building, documenting and securely maintaining the physical and cloud ICT infrastructure platform across the Youfoodz business including manufacturing, distribution and corporate services. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role in a manufacturing-based industry.
Please note: This will initially be a short term contract!
You will...
- Fix interesting issues in production critical systems
- Maintain our office and production IT hardware landscape including device and licence management
- Deploy new hardware, software and services
- Help transform IT by implementing automation workflows
- Be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience. (IT-related certifications are desirable).
- 3-5 years' experience in a technical support or systems administrator role
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Azure Active Directory and InTune, Jamf or another MDM system and AWS
- Thorough knowledge of computer maintenance (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
- Service-oriented mindset and get a kick out of helping other people out
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
