- Brisbane based only - candidates interstates won't be considered.

Responsibilities and outcomes:
- Incident & Service Request Management: Investigate and update incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EUC and Workplace Technology platforms and provide ongoing support.
- Platform Maintenance: Contribute to maintenance of the EUC and Workplace Technology environment on a day to day basis including versioning upgrades and patching.
- Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency gains in processes via automation.
- Risk Management: Identify operational risks, track them in the Operational Risk Register and implement mitigant/control initiatives within agreed timeframes.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for EUC & Workplace Technology architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Security: uphold and ensure adherence to security measures for EUC and Workplace Technology to ensure data protection and compliance with Stanwell standards.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the EUC and Workplace Technology platforms to achieve high performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure EUC and Workplace Technology solutions are successfully delivered as part of projects or BAU initiatives.
- Major Incident Management: Participate in Major Incidents during critical outages to drive restoration of service and provide progress updates and work with vendor support process.
- 5+ years proven experience working in IT Support roles.
- Experience working with IT Service Management processes.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with some of the following technologies:
- o Citrix Virtual Desktop & Applications
- o M365 Administration (Exchange Online, MS Teams)
- o Intune Administration
- o Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 Desktop Operating Systems
- o Active Directory and Group Policy and Entra ID
- o Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (desirable)
- o Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be proactive when identifying, defining and solving technical and operational problems.
- Knowledge of security principles for EUC and Workplace Technology environments and the mechanisms for configuring systems in line with security policies.
- Demonstrated capability to work with diverse stakeholder teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including stakeholder, vendor and Associate executive interaction
