We are currently seeking an IT Support / Helpdesk based in our Port Melbourne office.
You will be working in a small IT Team and your key responsibilities will include:
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners, and IT devices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Assist in testing computer systems after changes.
• Provide technical support across the company in person or over the phone.
• Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Resolve incidents or escalate to 3rd part support as needed.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Specific tasks could include:
o Ensure regular compliance of devices in Microsoft Intune and Crowdstrike and resolve issues causing non-compliance.
o Onboard and offboard staff.
o Domain account management.
o Email system console management (Mimecast, MS365 Exchange Online)
o Website management – Intranet and Internet sites (SharePoint and other CMS)
o PDF management
o PC, Laptop, mobile device, printer, network connectivity & telephony troubleshooting
o 1st level support for global systems and 3rd party applications
o IT asset management
Skills and Experience:
• Technical proficiency with an aptitude for working with IT hardware and related peripherals.
• Knowledge and experience of MS365, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11 Endpoints
• Basic networking knowledge incl. LAN, Wireless and VPN
