Your knowledge of IT support will be crucial in assisting customers in locating accurate and efficient IT solutions. Although you possess outstanding technical expertise and the capacity to put solutions into practice, your clients will remember you for your persistent commitment to meeting their needs and the professionalism with which you approach the task.

Your Skills & Experience

• Excellent understanding of (Windows 7, 8 and 10).
• Strong experience with Printers and various hardware.
• Brilliant knowledge of Microsoft Office Support and Office 365.
• Outstanding people skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Intune and Azure AD is advantageous.

About you

You must be adept at navigating complex IT solutions for non-technical people. The ideal candidate will have Level 2 experience, but good technical knowledge is still necessary.
