About the role: (IT Technician/Technical Support)
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Work in a team-based environment and be a part of growing company.
Skills and Experience that are ESSENTIAL for this role:
- Minimum 2 years industry experience working in a Help Desk or similar environment.
- Ability to multi-task, good verbal and written skills -clear communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Windows all versions -Important
- Good experience with Microsoft Server Software all versions.
- Good knowledge Hosted Exchange, Microsoft 365 & E-mail migration and management. -Important
- AWS, Azure
- Sales ability to sell solutions.
- Microsoft Active Directories
- Onsite support for businesses
- Server Builds
- VoIP
- Networking
- Diagnostics

Other information:
*Bachelor's degree in IT would be highly regarded

*Hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
