What you’ll contribute to:
Reporting to the Service desk manager, the successful candidate is primarily responsible for providing exemplary customer centric support for our software application within the agreed service level targets. You will be trained on our Dealer Management System and be responsible for ensuring end to end service excellence at all times.
The role is suited for someone who has previously worked in sales, service, parts, and accessories at any car/truck/boat dealership. However, if you have transferable skills and are keen to develop your career, we would be keen to hear from you!
This role is a permanent full-time and is open only to Australian Citizens and Permanent Resident holders
How you’ll make an impact
- Receive, review, and triage all requests for assistance that come via the ticketing system or over-the-phone escalations.
- Triage and troubleshoot through appropriate methods and tools to determine causes and suitable solutions based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Monitor the progress of incidents in relationship to SLAs and escalate to relevant management any potential breach risks.
- Refer complex situations to relevant areas with accompanying diagnostic information.
- Learn new application features in advance of introduction to effectively respond to Service Desk inquiries.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the user community.
- Experience in supporting an ERP system - Mandatory
- Excellent skills to Connect ideas and data to an informed decisive action;
- Experience in analyzing/troubleshooting and supporting clients remotely via telephone and remote support tools
- Commitment to driving initiatives aimed towards improving the customers’ experience
- Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
