What will you do?
This position is responsible for triage, support, and troubleshooting IT issues for staff, sales consultants, and clients with the IT & DevOps team.
Providing Level 1 technical support to end users, both face-to-face and remotely
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, operating systems, and software for end users
Provisioning and supporting clients cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a quality outcome
When knowledge is exhausted, escalate issues to the relevant team member or IT team
Assisting with access to network, print and file services, and electronic mail
Ensuring Service Level Agreements, KPIs, and qualitative requirements are met
IT troubleshooting skills
Evidencing support engagement via CRM tasks and ITSM tickets
Consistent configuration via the use of MDM and adherence to set procedures
Other activities as required
Who are you & what will you bring?
Hands-on experience or aptitude in supporting hardware and client operating systems.
Hands-on experience or aptitude in supporting a variety of bespoke and off-the-shelf applications.
Strong understanding of DNS & internet domain management including transfers.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
Knowledge or experience with back-office technologies will be advantageous: Apple, OSX, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, telephony, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Knowledge or experience with client-facing technologies will be advantageous: DNS, SMTP, IMAP, mainstream email clients, cPanel, and internet domains.
Strong orientation towards exceptional customer service.
High level of interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships across the organisation.
Excellent verbal and face-to-face communication and presentation skills.
Keen attention to detail.
