The Director, ICT Support Services enables foundational functions and services with a focus on Programme/Project Delivery, IT Service Management and Monitoring/Reporting.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in Project, Programme and IT Service Management – leveraging this expertise to deliver successful outcomes.
- A self motivated people leader with a successful history of leading at an enterprise scale – high communication and transparency.
- Demonstrate a proven track record as a change agent, adept at driving transformation in complex environments and fostering a confident and capable workforce.
- Well evolved engagement and relationship management capabilities with a focus on maintaining excellence in service delivery within a complex stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrate skill and expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Experience within sectors/organisations that focus on delivering measurable value to our communities is advantageous.
