It Support Officer (Fifo)

The Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to provide on-site User support and operational maintenance of the computer systems and servers across the Duketon operations. This also includes installing and managing desktop and laptop computers, monitoring servers, network devices, cyber security systems, telephone systems, and other components of Regis's IT infrastructure in accordance with company policies and procedures.  This is a site-based role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster (ex Perth).

About the Role

• Provide real time Level 1/2 IT support including network, hardware and software support
• Installing and managing desktop and laptop computers
• Enabling and monitoring Duketon based cyber security
• Monitoring of servers, network devices, telephone systems, and other components of Regis IT infrastructure (occasionally with support from external service providers)
• Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems and assist with overall IT management

About You

• Relevant IT related tertiary qualifications, certifications and training
• Demonstrate previous experience in a similar site-based role, preferably in the resources sector
• In depth working knowledge of MS Windows OS, specifically Windows 10/11
• Advanced working knowledge of Basic Active Directory
• A strong customer focus, with a professional level of communication
• The ability to prioritise tasks, whilst maintaining a broad multi-tasking outlook when required
• Current WA class C manual drivers licence
