Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and improve system performance.
- Provide support for various IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Proven experience in a Level 1/2 Support role or similar technical support position.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
