They are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineerto provide advanced technical support services and project work to their customer base.
🚀 What You’ll Do
With a foundation built on the Level 1 role, this position demands a deeper technical acumen and the ability to resolve more complex issues, mentor Level 1 engineers, and contribute to project execution.
You will;
- Provide expert technical assistance to our valued customers, resolving complex issues efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Level 1 support and other teams to ensure seamless problem resolution
- Investigate and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, delivering effective solutions
- Document and communicate technical procedures and solutions clearly and concisely
