THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 user management, networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and customer service. This role will require efficient problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to delivering high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders.
