We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialistto join our team. This role will report directly to the IT Manager and is responsible for providing an efficient IT Support service to both our PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and PARKROYAL Parramatta properties.

The successful candidate will:
- Be tech-savvy, with a can-do attitude
- Provide first-class level 1 desktop support to a broad range of users, both onsite and remotely with diverse technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Document and escalate IT issues to IT Management
- Maintain and replace IT equipment and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Manage operating systems, domain users, active directory, group policy, and email accounts O365
Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a similar role
- Hospitality IT background is preferred, but not necessary
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Experience with Opera PMS or similar, Infrasys POS or similar
- Familiarity with Microsoft servers, VM Ware, Windows 10 and 11
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to commute to work across two locations, Sydney and Parramatta
