The Role
In this customer service focused role, you will be assisting with working through a backlog of tickets, providing end user support to over 650 users and devices and assisting with a workstation refresh deployment project.
You will also play a key role in setting up and managing mobile devices, maintaining their Windows environment, monitor backups systems, packaging desktop applications and administering Windows Server, AD and Group Policy.
Your Skills & Experience
- Completed a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years full time working experience.
- Strong experience working supporting Windows 10/11 and administering Windows Server.
- Strong experience managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Previous experience supporting and administering Office 365.
- Mobile Device Management experience - AirWatch or Intune
- Previous experience packaging desktop applications with SCCM or Intune is desirable.
- Previous experience working on laptop/desktop/workstation deployments is desirable.

You are a quick thinker, highly personable and you have a natural flair for solving problems. You are hands-on and ensure you thoroughly troubleshoot by asking adequate questions and determining the root cause analysis. You are customer service focused and can communicate clearly and effectively.
