It Support/Operations

• A great opportunity with a fast growing company that rewards great staff. Hair and Skin Science is a fast growing medical cosmetic clinic with 25 clinics located Australia wide. 
• We are currently seeking an IT support/Operations in our head office which located in Ashwood, VIC 3147 tosupport daily business activities. Hybrid work can be considered for the right candidate. 

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Helping with Operations Admin work and IT support for all new programs. Manage and operate the Zenoti and Podium software systems. 
• You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics' operations, including assisting with management, clinic openings, new staff on boarding admin work and other daily operation activities. 
• ⁠Provide technical support to employees on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems.
•  Proficiently operate and manage the Zenoti and Podium software systems, including opening and closing employee accounts, adding or shutting down clinics in the system, and maintaining accurate and updated records within the software systems. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
•  Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software. 
• Perform other duties to support the efficient operation of the organisation

About you: 

•  ⁠A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support role.
•  ⁠We are looking for a Candidate with great communication skills, a positive can do attitude and someone who can work independently.
