About the role:

The End-user Compute Administrator is responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness, security and competitiveness of personal computing (End User Computing) at Nando's from the back office of the restaurant to the CEO. The role will be the subject matter expert responsible for the administration (full life cycle including design, provisioning, implementation, operation, maintenance and retirement) of Nando's personal computing environment (M365, AAD, MDM, Windows 10 and 11 etc.). The role will also include a generalist element also delivering L1, L2 support services across the restaurant and central support environment.

The End User Compute Administrator will also provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation of IT projects. They will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the corporate infrastructure.

They will be the primary technical contact between Nandos and our global Microsoft Partner to advance technological business capabilities in the ANZ market.

• Keep Restaurants and Central Support operating including remotely troubleshooting incidents and problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Helping Restaurants (franchise and company owned) and Central Support with their use of technology.
• Escalation management for impactful events impacting the Nando's environment in your areas of expertise.
• Manage our systems throughout lifecycle (design, provisioning, implementation, operation, maintenance and retirement).
• Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure security, integrity, and availability to users.
• Recommend, evaluate, and maintain infrastructure requirements for projects, Restaurants and Central Support (Cloud infrastructure, Email, DNS).
• Responsible for managing and maintaining Nando's Identity Access Management, Microsoft Device Management (MDM) administration, cloud services under our administration, security management within our M365 & email environment.
• Work with Nando's IT partners and vendors to ensure stability and availability of IT systems, hardware and network environments.
• Provide recommendations, support, advice, and feedback related to improving the IT Operations Department.
• Guide and mentor team members and actively contribute to knowledge article development.
• Develop training and support documents to assist Restaurants in using the Restaurant Systems and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 suite, including Intune, Auto Pilot, and Entra (Azure AD).
• A strong technical knowledge of collaboration tools, networking, security, M365 and system administration processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• IT small-medium project management experience.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL and Service Delivery frameworks.
• Be able to work independently and autonomously.
• Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external).

This is a full-time permanent role, based in our funky office in Abbotsford with flexible work arrangements and great coffee nearby. The role includes an afterhours on-call component 1 week in 4 with an additional allowance and time in lieu making your work-life balance is not impacted.
