With our continued fast growth, our Brisbane-based office seeks a dedicated IT Systems Administrator. We're searching for an individual who possesses a strong ability for problem-solving and demonstrates a relentless commitment to excellence.
About The Role:
Under the guidance of the IT Systems Manager, as an IT Systems Administrator, you will be the linchpin in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations. Your chief responsibilities will entail:
- Mastering the administration of Office 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft Intune, ensuring our team can fully leverage these tools for optimal performance.
- Tackling and resolving user-reported technical issues.
- Managing user accounts to ensure optimal accessibility and security.
- Deploying new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software, while ensuring compatibility and minimal downtime.
- Empowering our team by assisting and directing them in harnessing IT resources to streamline tasks.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Essential skills and experience we're looking for include:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint.
- Proven expertise in maintaining and supporting SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Batch and Powershell scripting.
- Proficiency in managing and operating Microsoft Intune.
- A deep-rooted understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
