About the role
As Systems and Governance Officer you will assist with the ongoing maintenance of Council’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and provide support in the delivery of business improvement initiatives to support the strategic priorities of the People and Culture Branch.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the maintenance of establishment and position data within Council’s HRIS (SAP Success Factors)
- Provide support in the resolution of systems issues
- Coordinate and prepare reports
- Maintain the position description library

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a systems support role
- High level of HRIS knowledge and strong Microsoft Excel and data handling skills
- Accuracy and data integrity
- Excellent time management skills
About the benefits
This is a 12 month maternity relief position, Level 3 with a salary commencing at $77,104 per annum plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
