Following are some of the skill areas which are desirable in the role but a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to be a part of a dynamic team are also highly considered.
Skills and areas of expertise:
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
- Over 6 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, with robust knowledge in Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022) and MCSE-level proficiency.
- A minimum of 2 years in MSSQL server database administration, including performance optimization.
- Proficiency in network management, VMware ESXi, MS Active Directory, and Exchange 2016+.
- Solid experience in system hardening, server hardware, SAN environments, and comprehensive backup and patch management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in release management, crafting test plans, conducting UAT, change management, and producing technical documentation.

As an infrastructure support department, we work together as a team to provide support 24/7 to the business. This requires us to work on an on-call rotation basis. To provide this support you are required to have a current driver’s license and a vehicle and live within 30 minutes of the office.
